You can choose shipping to countries where the service is available. Please enter your address when ordering to find out about shipping options, timescales and costs available.

Please note that the delivery time starts when the order is shipped, not when the order is placed.

All orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. To calculate the total delivery time for an order, in addition to the time indicated by the Customer's preferred shipping method, please allow up to two working days from the date the order was placed.

After the parcel has left our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number.

Our courier service delivers from Monday to Friday during working hours and will make three delivery attempts. After the third failed attempt, the order will be returned to our warehouse. Please note that after the order has been placed, it will no longer be possible to change the shipping address.

All orders are processed automatically and we are not in a position to alter shipping and delivery times in any way.

The Products purchased will be delivered by a courier service selected by us ("Courier"). The Products will be delivered to the address you have provided on your order form. The delivery address of the order must correspond to the country in which the order is placed. Orders placed from a country other than the delivery address will be automatically cancelled.

The billing address may be different from the shipping address and may be in a different country from the one where the order is placed.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as your order has been dispatched. This e-mail will include a tracking code that allows you to monitor your order until delivery.

Upon delivery of the Products by the Courier, the customer (or the person designated by the customer) shall sign the delivery note and provide proof of identity.
