Returns
Products that qualify for return (as defined in the General Conditions of Sale) may be returned within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of receipt of the Products. Products must be returned to the seller, Endless Srl.
The Products must be returned in their original condition, unaltered, unused, undamaged, in their original packaging and with the original labels attached, together with all relevant accessories, gifts (if any) documents (e.g. instruction booklet, product certificates) and protective cases included.
The return of products that are not intact, altered, worn, damaged or dirty will not be accepted.
The customer shall only be liable for any reduction in the value of the Products resulting from handling that is not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Products.
The above does not affect the customer's right to withdraw/cancel an order in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
If you decide to return your order, please follow the instructions to complete the return process at no extra cost and receive a full refund.

- Please place the return form in the original packaging or in a similar sized box together with the products you wish to return.
- Send your parcel with your preferred courier service to the address
